Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Perfect Training application (the “App”) and governs the refund process for any purchase you make in connection with the App (“Purchase”), including, without limitation, any subscriptions, in-app purchases, or add-on items.
By using the App and making any Purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy and our Terms of Use.
1. Where you bought matters
The refund process depends on where you made the Purchase. Please identify your situation below.
1.1 Purchases made through the Apple App Store (iOS)
If you bought a subscription, an in-app item, or any other Product through the Apple App Store on an iPhone or iPad, the Purchase is governed by Apple’s terms and refund policy, not by this Refund Policy. We are not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
To request a refund for an App Store purchase:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the Purchase.
- Select the relevant Purchase and follow the prompts.
To cancel an App Store subscription so it does not auto-renew:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Find Perfect Training and tap Cancel Subscription.
Apple typically reviews refund requests within 24 to 48 hours.
1.2 Purchases made through Google Play (Android)
If you bought a subscription, an in-app item, or any other Product through Google Play on an Android device, the Purchase is governed by Google Play’s terms and refund policy, not by this Refund Policy. We are not able to issue refunds for Google Play purchases directly.
To request a refund for a Google Play purchase:
- Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory on a web browser, or open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Find the Purchase under your order history.
- Select Request a refund and follow the prompts.
To cancel a Google Play subscription so it does not auto-renew:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Find Perfect Training and tap Cancel subscription.
Google typically reviews refund requests within 1 to 4 business days.
1.3 Direct purchases on our website
If you bought any Product directly from us (for example, through a future Perfect Training website or invoice), this Refund Policy applies in full and the rules in Sections 2 to 5 below govern your rights.
2. General refund rules for direct purchases
Except as required by law and as otherwise stated in this Refund Policy, you agree that all Purchases, including subscription fees, are final and non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged once delivered.
If a money-back guarantee was offered to you at the time of your initial Purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within the period stated in that offer.
Renewal charges are not eligible for a refund. The full fee for any renewed subscription period (including, without limitation, any automatically renewed period following a trial period) that has already started is non-refundable, regardless of how extensively you used or did not use the App.
In the event we decide to stop offering or supporting the App as outlined in our Terms of Use, you acknowledge that no refunds (full or partial) will be issued for any one-time or lifetime purchase, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Refund process for direct purchases
All refunds will be calculated according to the actual Purchase price paid at the time of Purchase, and will be made to the original payment method. Returns for credit and debit card transactions are typically issued within 2 (two) business days, however it may take up to 5 (five) further business days for the credit to arrive at your card or bank account.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@perfecttrainingapp.com with:
- The email address used for the Purchase
- The date of the Purchase
- The Product purchased
- The reason for the refund request
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this Refund Policy or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that there has been an abuse of the Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation and auto-renewal
In order to not be charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. When you cancel, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your then-current subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until that date. No partial refunds shall be issued for cancellations made during a billing cycle.
Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the store you bought the subscription from (App Store or Google Play — see Sections 1.1 and 1.2) or, for direct purchases, by contacting us at support@perfecttrainingapp.com.
5. Statutory rights of withdrawal
5.1 European Union, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland — 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from a direct Purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of the Purchase, without giving any reason, subject to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Important — digital content exception. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, when you start using a piece of digital content (for example, when you start streaming an exercise video, when you generate your first weekly training plan, or when you record your first heart-rate measurement) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as performance has begun. We will ask you to confirm this consent at the time of Purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
- Email: send a clear statement to support@perfecttrainingapp.com from the email address used for the Purchase, or
- Postal mail: send a letter to NIL Plus d.o.o., Cesta talcev 67, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia.
You may use the sample form in Section 6 below, but it is not required. It is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
5.2 California and Connecticut residents — 3-day right of cancellation
If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel a direct Purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date of such Purchase, we will return the payment you have made.
5.3 Other consumer rights
This Refund Policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. If your local consumer protection laws grant you stronger refund or withdrawal rights than those set out in this Refund Policy, those local rights apply in addition to the rights described here.

7. Changes to this Refund Policy
Except as prohibited by law, we may change this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon their posting on this page. Your continued use of the App after the posting of an updated Refund Policy shall be considered your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you of these changes with reasonable advance notice through the App or by email.
